For the past 10 years, Donald has been at the forefront of driving innovation in software solutions, leading DSA Software Corporation to become a trailblazer in the industry. His visionary approach has guided the company in creating cutting-edge software tailored for diverse businesses and organizations.

Under Donald’s strategic direction, DSA Software Corporation has established itself as a powerhouse in delivering bespoke software solutions. His commitment to excellence and deep-rooted understanding of software engineering principles has played a pivotal role in the company’s success and recognition in the competitive landscape.

20 years of experience working with Local Government Units in the Philippines as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ambaguio, Nueva Vizcaya for 2 years and 18 years working as Executive Director of A Single Drop for Safe Water inc – President of Single Drop Consultancy Services inc. (ASDSW-SDCS)  The hybrid of ASDSW-SDCS works with LGU’s and Communities developing governance structures, demand for Water and Sanitation Services as well as Infrastructure.  This close working relationship with all levels of government has developed an understanding of how the government as duty bearers is working with limited resources and tools to provide basic services despite their dedication as public servants.  “Our job is to build tools and capacity of government so that they can be effective.  Accurate real-time data for analysis, planning and service delivery is a large gap which if solved can vastly improve the effectiveness of Local Governments at all levels.”

Marcus is the Deputy Director for Ugat ng Kalusugan, a Palawan-based NGO that provides reproductive health education and services. He oversees the development and execution of the organization’s strategy and has been at the forefront of adopting the latest technology to help the organization succeed and grow.

Working in the development space for 15 years has given Marcus the understanding of government challenges and opportunities. He uses these to help develop the strategies, products for DataBridge.

Liane is the Project Manager of DSA Software Corporation who leads the software project development, guiding a team of programmers to deliver quality solutions. Her leadership efforts ensure that the projects not only meet the technical standards but also align seamlessly with the strategic goals of end-users.

John Danver Tambiao Paalan (Danver) is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager at Roots of Health. Danver provides support for the implementation of the organization’s M&E strategy and the development of proposals for M&E indicators and targets. He also outlines M&E systems for data collection, targeting and tracking indicators, knowledge management, impact assessments, learning activities, and donor reports.

With experience in data collection and analysis through MEL, he utilized this to support the development and implementation of DataBridge products.

Clayton Von Belen – Employed as an Information Technologist. He is responsible for handling A Single Drop of Safe Water, Inc. and DataBridge various digital related Projects through field-testing, implementing (facilitating training), coordinating, quality checking, data process, hardware-support procurement, relaying system bugs & enhancements and other related support for improving project output.

Alejandro Jose Lontok, also known as Drew, serves as the MEL Information System Training Officer at Roots of Health. In this role, Drew trains local government units (LGUs) in using the Comprehensive Household Information System (CHIS), one of DataBridge’s information systems, a tool that helps LGUs collect, organize, and analyze household data.

Drew’s responsibilities include conducting training sessions, providing support, and ensuring that LGUs can effectively use the CHIS and other information systems to make informed decisions and offer targeted services to communities.

Coordinate with the communities, LGUs, application developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology applications and training processes.
